service, bar, wedding weekend activities, etc.
- Budget
Consultation (can be done in person or on the phone) - 2 hour session. We
go into detail regarding every aspect of the wedding, determining your
taste, style and priorities. You receive a comprehensive budget
spreadsheet, with our estimates of the cost of your dream wedding. We work
with you to make adjustments, as needed.
- Binder
preparation - We prepare a customized binder with a detailed weekly
planning calendar based on your wedding date. This binder is designed to
be used alone or in conjunction with a binder you have already
purchased/received or created yourself. It contains areas for vendor
contracts, business cards, and samples, as well as "tip sheets"
with advice on various aspects of wedding planning.
- Venue
recommendations - On the basis of our initial and budget consultations, we
will advise you of the venues for your ceremony and reception which we
feel are the best match for you and your fiancé. We take into
consideration personal style, budget parameters, number of guests, and
your wedding priorities.
- Vendor
recommendations - On the basis of our initial and budget consultations, we
will refer you to vendors who best match your style and budget. Unlike a
list of preferred vendors you may receive from a venue, this list has been
customized to you. Also, we do not charge vendors to be on our list, nor
do we accept referral fees. You can be confident that the vendors we are
referring will be able to work in your budget, and will reflect your
priorities.
